We’re hiring a part-time Youth Pastor!

We’re looking for someone with a heart for teens and a passion for helping them know Jesus. The Youth Pastor will lead our youth ministry (ages 13–18), building meaningful relationships, creating safe and welcoming spaces, and discipling students to grow in faith and community.


This part-time role includes weekly gatherings, one-on-one mentorship, fun events, worship and prayer, and supporting parents and volunteers. The hours are flexible (16 hours/week) and include evenings and weekends. It’s a great opportunity for someone grounded in their walk with Jesus and excited to lead a generation in a vibrant, relational way.

  • What You’ll Do
    • Lead weekly youth gatherings with teaching, worship, and activities
    • Build relationships with youth and parents
    • Mentor and support students outside of weekly programs
    • Plan events, outings, and local outreach
    • Work with volunteers and staff to create a safe and spiritually healthy environment
    • Participate in church life and support ongoing SCC vision and mission
